Shipping and Handling
Delivery is free to addresses in the United Kingdom on orders of £20 in value or over.
Orders under £20 are charged at £3.45 for delivery to all UK destinations, with the exception of some items which are eligible for free or reduced delivery charges.
For destinations outside the UK the following charges apply:
North America £16.50
Rest of World £20.00
All products ordered from Power Health shall be sent to you via Royal Mail (occasionally a commercial courier service may be used instead).
Delivery charges vary according to the destination and weight of your parcel. If the cost of sending your parcel exceeds the standard charge we have implemented for your region, we may email you with a revised cost which we request you pay before we despatch your order. There may be import duties to pay on some overseas orders and these must be paid by the customer and not Power Health.
Deliveries to the following countries require the buyers Tax ID Number or CPF Number :-
Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Columbia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil
Please note that orders over £50.00 cannot be delivered to a PO Box address. Due to Customs checks, deliveries to South America may take up to 8 weeks. If your delivery does not arrive after this time then please get in touch.
We endeavour to despatch orders within 1-2 working days. If for some reason this is not possible we will notify you via email.
If, for some reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Should you still wish to order the item, we will hold your order on file and despatch it as soon as it becomes available. The item will be charged at the time you place the order, but there will only be one delivery charge.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates.
You may cancel your contract with Power Health for the goods you order anytime up to 14 days following despatch of the goods from our stores. To cancel your contract you must you must give written notice to Power Health by hand or post, fax or email.
If you have received your goods prior to cancelling your contract, then you must send these back unopened, and in the condition in which you received them, to us at your own cost. Once you have returned the goods, Power Health will refund or re-credit you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
