Mix 1 heaped scoop (approx 5g) with 240ml of water four times at regular intervals throughout the day for 5 continuous days. After this loading phase take 1 scoop (approx 5g) once a day. After 8 weeks use, it is recommended to take 2 weeks off before starting the whole process again to achieve the benefits of creatine. Take either pre or post-workout.
